1.3 Ordering Process
- All orders are subject to a 50% deposit at the time of order confirmation.
- The remaining balance is payable before the goods are dispatched.
- Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be quoted separately. Shipping costs will be due with the final payment before dispatch.
1.4 Cancellation & Returns
- Orders may not be cancelled once the order has been signed off and materials have been ordered and/or are in production.
- As our products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns for credit or refund unless there is a fundamental mistake in the final product. For example, a product made with the incorrect colour material or manufactured outside of reasonable industry tolerances.
- If you believe there has been a manufacturing error, please contact us immediately, and we will address the issue promptly.
1.5 Liability
Sew Shack Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of the use or misuse of the products purchased.

We will only accept a return or provide a refund if the product contains a fundamental mistake, such as:
- An error in the colour of the material.
- A product that has been manufactured outside reasonable tolerances based on industry standards.
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product, and we will either replace the item or offer a refund as appropriate.
2.3 No Cancellations Once Materials Are Ordered
Once an order has been signed off and the materials have been ordered and/or are in production, cancellations will not be accepted.
